RS Coaching focuses on raising awareness among individuals, groups and organizations by offering various ways such as coaching, customized courses, workshops and consultancy:
Coaching individuals and groups
- In personal leadership. How should I continue my life path? In 1 day you will be made aware of what your motives are, or what is keeping you from achieving your goals. Which goals will you set for the future? How are you going to achieve these goals? During the day you will be introduced to Yoga and meditation for more relaxation and insight.
- Sharp (intuitive) analyse of personal barriers
- Undercover coaching; analyzing of staff after anonymous shop visit
- Floor coaching; coaching for optimal motivation and customer service
- Individual sessions and / or with the whole group for optimal cooperation
- Helping people to the highest form of freedom and self-development
- Providing tools to break free of your emotions. You are the player and not the ball
- These courses can be customized or combined with other options.
Coaching organizations
- Trend presentation: Which social trends will be important in the upcoming years and how do I, as a company, react to these trends internally as well as externally?
- Strategy formulated in 1 day: Using a specially designed model the company strategy will be formulated under supervision. The items to be formulated are: the vision, mission, qualitative and quantitative targets, internal and external analysis, SWOT and a plan of action.
- Personal and organizational processes: Looking at the organizational structure and setting up an organizational chart with associated job descriptions. The implementation of new ways of evaluation, based on a 360 degrees evaluation.
- From a top-down controlled organization to a social democratic model: How can I achieve a modern organization in which everybody feels responsible and committed? From top-down leadership to horizontal-facilitating leadership. What has to change in the organization to accomplish this?
- Value measurement in your company: What are the values your company stands for? Which values are being measured at different function levels in your company? A value measurement will be created through answering 360 questions on various levels in your organisation. Through this value measurement you will be able to see if your company is driven by the same values on various levels. The results of this measurement can be used to form an action plan to, for example, change the structure, communication etc.
- Coaching on the job: Individual or group behaviour will be observed and feedback will be given.
- Executive coaching: Coaching executives or being a sounding board. It’s often lonely at the top and all kind of executives use external advice or need a person who they can talk to professionally.
